Refund Policy
We do not usually offer refunds for API usage. If you believe your API keys were compromised, reach out to support@relace.ai for help remediating the problem.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will instantly lose access to any Relace models accessible through the API.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Priority customers receive an SLA with guaranteed uptime and support response times. Standard pricing does not include an SLA.
